As Chief Executive Officer, Tom oversees national operations and customer service functions for TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Tom’s background in leading operations and service organizations spans more than 30 years. With extensive experience building organizational structures to drive efficiency and superior service, he brings years of success developing and executing operational strategies within start-up, growth and consolidation environments. Tom previously held leadership roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), Utica National Insurance Group, MetLife and the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company.

Tom attended Lindenwood University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

As Chief Information Officer, Mike leads TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company, in leveraging technology to transform, to drive growth and create a competitive advantage. His passion for innovation, combined with his business acumen and leadership capabilities, is key in helping TPS navigate the complex and rapidly changing digital landscape.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Mike brings a wealth of experience and expertise in streamlining operations, and driving strategic initiatives across multiple functions within TPS. Mike excels in creating and nurturing cross-functional relationships, and his diverse background in international profit and non-profit sectors gives him a unique perspective in building efficient organizational structures while maximizing customer satisfaction.

Prior to TriZetto Provider Solutions, he held global leadership positions in Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), worked as a Financial Consultant for the United Nations, and served as the Owner and CEO of a large medical supplies distributor in Istanbul, Turkey.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University.

Allison Roberts brings over 25 years of healthcare industry experience to her role as Chief Revenue Officer at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company, with expertise spanning strategy, operations, portfolio management and technology service delivery. In her position, she is responsible for customer success, business development and meeting global sales objectives through collaboration with payers, providers, channel partners, clients and prospective clients to increase efficiencies within revenue cycle processes. A results-oriented leader, she spearheads ideas and forms seamless partnerships with marketing and product teams to create creative solutions to solve diverse client needs. Her client-first approach is achieved by encouraging her associates to build long lasting relationships with clients to solve business issues so they can focus on providing quality care.

Allison also serves as an executive lead for the TriZetto Provider Solutions Ambassador Team, an internal group of associates focused on building and executing the company’s Heart for Service initiative. Prior to TriZetto Provider Solutions, she worked at a major insurance company as well as an independent physician’s group.

In her spare time, Allison stays busy watching her three daughters play soccer and is actively involved in her community through recycling and environmental conservation projects. She earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Heather Donohue brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer of TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Heather plays an integral role as a TriZetto Provider Solutions Executive Leadership team member and is a strategic leader with a proven track record of cultivating innovation, driving organizational efficiencies, transforming and improving performance, enhancing client relations, and increasing associate satisfaction. In her role as Chief Operating Office, Heather oversees national operations, including client services, account management, payer management, technical operations, and all other aspects supporting the products and services of TriZetto Provider Solutions.

When away from work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, the beach, traveling, and experiencing new cultures.
