A Heart for Service: It’s a part of everything we do
The past few months have been eventful ones at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Not only have we added the capabilities of Bolder Healthcare Solutions to our service offerings, we have been busy completing company-wide training courses and gathering survey feedback that will help influence our future plans. We are also moving full steam ahead with plans to make our client services, corporate culture and philanthropic activities the best they can be. To do this, we recently created the TPS Ambassador Team, a collection of representatives from different divisions of our organization that are dedicated to meeting the company’s values and goals through action.
So what does all of this mean to you? All the hard work mentioned above has led to the creation of our new vision, entitled Heart for Service. We like to think that our products and services act as the heartbeat of our clients’ practices, and this company-wide initiative will serve as the underlying force that helps us allow our clients businesses to thrive through dedicated customer service. I believe when you put heart into what you do, anything is possible.
These are just some of the ways TPS is looking toward the future and working to positively disrupt the way we do business. As we move forward, I am optimistic that our associates, initiatives and industry-leading products and services will allow us to provide the best service to our clients.
I cannot wait to see what we can accomplish this year when we lead with a Heart for Service.
